Regulamin

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with MEBLINE LTD. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. They do not affect your statutory rights. Place the order with MEBLINE LTD indicates your acceptance of these terms.

These terms may change at any time. You will be required to read and accept these terms and conditions prior to confirming your order, we advise you read the terms each time you place an order to ensure you are aware of any changes.

 

Order policy

Typographical and input errors are correctable up until you submit your order. Once your order has been submitted you will be issued with an order confirmation, which will confirm your order details and reference number, by email, this process is irrespective of weather your order was placed on-line or by telephone or in store . Please be aware this confirmation does not constitute order acceptance.

Order acceptance and the formation of a legally binding contract between yourself and MEBLINE LTD will only occur upon dispatch of your goods.We will inform you if your payment can not be authorised or if your order has been declined, in these cases it maybe suggested that you visit our store to complete your transaction.

 

Prices and payment

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT but exclude delivery and/or installation charges. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative or full refund.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this site, occasionally an error could occur. If an error is discovered in the price or description of an item you have ordered, you will be contacted immediately and given the choice of weather to continue or cancel your order.

Payment is due on submitting your order.

Please note that we will accept payment only from UK registered payment cards, orders made with a non UK registered payment card will be refunded, we will not accept any liability for changes in exchange rate or bank/ payment provider charges should this occur.

 

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Generally where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available. All lead time quoted are approximate and dependent on stock and location.

Delivery can only be made to a mainland Great Britain address. Please ensure there is adequate unrestricted parking and unloading facilities for our vehicles, our drivers are instructed not to park on double yellow lines or in any other restricted areas, in this case the delivery will fail and a charge will be levied for this. We cannot guarantee to place the items in the room of your choice, delivery is guaranteed to the ground floor doorstep only. The delivery driver will risk assess the situation at the time of delivery and will carry items inside of the property only if it is safe for themselves and your property to do so.

All delivery lead times is up to 40 working days only.

You will be contacted by telephone and email to confirm your delivery date, once a delivery date has been agreed you must be present on this date to take delivery. If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, in any case no later than 48 hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them. You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged and have noted this on the delivery document it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery.

We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made. A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order. If you are reporting goods as delivered damaged, digital images of the damage will be required. We are unable to process any damage claims without images.

You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days from the day after delivery. We offer a money back guarantee up to 50 days from receive the item (not apply for furniture made to order) To receive a full refund you must return the goods with original packaging in as new and unused condition. We can also arrange for a collection service, the charge for collection is available on request. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department in writing within 7 days of delivery. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 50 days. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense. All Furniture that have been opened, or made to order cannot be returned.

We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them. Delivery will only be made to the address as stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature.

Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.

 

General

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to MEBLINE LTD are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions and we will make you aware of these.

These terms and conditions only cover MEBLINE LTD Any other sites linked to ours are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
